Travel Fee's - 40c Per KM
I love to travel for my couples globally to capture the most important day of their lives! Are you hosting a destination wedding? Feel free to reach out to me for detailed information on travel expenses.
Accommodation - $150 - $300 Per Night
Accommodation fees will only apply if we are required to stay overnight which ultimately depends on the distance we will need to travel for the wedding.
Additional USB's - $65 Ea.
Additional USB’s with all high resolution images can be purchased as add on's for parents/family members/bridal party etc.

The process
Secure Your Booking
Once you’ve decided that I am the photographer for you, we can get the ball rolling. The booking process is simple and easy. I will email you a short booking form, a contract and an invoice for the retainer to secure your date with us. Once all three are completed, I am all yours!
STEP 02.
The process
Pre-Wedding Consultation + Planning
Retainer paid, initial paperwork complete! It’s time to organise a pre-wedding consultation and planning session. This can either take place in my cosy home studio based in Yanchep or at a cafe we both agree on, where we will spend time going over all the finer details of your big day and mapping out a timeline that suits everyone. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.
STEP 03.

Preliminary Timeline + Questionnaire
Following your pre-wedding consultation, I will email you a summary of everything we covered throughout the meeting, a preliminary timeline for you to approve and a questionnaire covering vendor details, family portraits, locations and more.

Remaining Payment
You will automatically receive an invoice for the remaining amount due exactly 30 days prior to your wedding date, which you can complete online.

I (& associate shooter if applicable) rock up and create the most EPIC memories all while ensuring your experience is fun and relaxed.

Highlight Gallery
I will have an online highlight gallery ready for you within
1-5 days following your wedding day. This will just be a small sneak peek of what’s to come.

Final Delivery
I ask that you allow me a maximum of 90 business days to complete your full gallery and deliver your package to you. If I am able to get this done sooner, then rest assured I will!

FAQ
Where are you based?
I am currently based in Wongan Hills, Western Australia.
Are you available for travel?
I adore travelling! For my national and international bridal couples, I travel all over Western Australia and far beyond the borders. I have travelled as far as Mozambique to capture weddings.
How long does it take to get our photos back?
It will take a MAXIMUM of 90 Business Days to get your fully completed gallery to you. we will always endeavour to get them back to you sooner than the maximum timeframe where possible!
Should we (the clients) provide a meal for you at our reception?
When myself (and team) are photographing all day we always appreciate it when meals are provided. Food and drink keeps our energy levels up, and your guests will not like having photos taken whilst they are eating anyway, so it is a good time for us to eat too.
Is there a deposit to be paid?
The industry standard is to ask for a 25% non-refundable retainer which locks away your date and I then stop advertising it as available. The final balance is due 30 days before the wedding date.
Is your associate shooter always the same person?
For the most part, my associate shooter will be the same person. If she is unavailable for any reason, then I will enlist another, equally as qualified associate shooter to work with me on the day.
How many pictures can we expect and will you edit them?
Starting from discussing your requirements and plans for the main day to photography process including post-processing and special retouching – I make sure to provide you with my undivided attention. The final number of images is dependent upon many variables such as how long we’re booked for, how many photographers are shooting and what your wedding day timeline looks like.
After taking the pictures, I make a qualitative selection of your images, finalizing them for special touch-ups. Blurred and shaky shots are excluded. The final touchup includes adjustment of lightening and contrast and alignment of your pictures with special attention to natural retouching. You will receive your images in high resolution in digital jpg format.
